Audrey’s only two children, Sean Hepburn Ferrer, age 60, and Luca Dotti, age 51, both have sustained their mother’s legacy beyond just one. The Half brothers have a common interest in film. They both have an impressive list of awards, too!
Sean has a passion for the behind-the-scenes work in film production, and he’s held positions working on everything from development to marketing. Some of these films are Growing Pains, Eye of the Widow, and Racehoss. When his mother passed away, he and Luca founded the Audrey Hepburn Children’s Fund. This charity takes exhibits showcasing their mother’s memorabilia from all over the world in order to fund childrens’ charities she cared deeply about while alive.
Luca, like his older half-brother, also has an interest in the film industry. He starred in several films like I Love Audrey and C à vous. Luca was born in Switzerland, Luca has always maintained that he never saw his mother as the massive worldwide star she was and highlights across multiple interviews her more humble side.

Audrey Hepburn’s grandchildren are all quite successful in their own right, despite never meeting her. Emma Ferrer is the first grandchild, Sean’s daughter, who was born just one year after Audrey passed away in 1994. Sean remarried again and welcomed two children, Gregorio and Santiago Ferrer. When it comes to their private lives, the two of them prefer not to be known.
On the other hand, Luca has been a very private person. Nobody knows anything about his family life, including the names of his children. The only confirmed details regarding Luca’s life is that he and his wife, Domitilla Bertusi, have two daughters and they are living currently in Rome.
